" Description    5 Vicarage Way is a detached family house of brick elevations under a pitched tiled roof and provides refurbished accomodation presented to a high standard arranged over two floors. Location    The property is situated in a quiet 'tucked away' position on this conveniently located cul de sac and is within walking distnace to the local primary school, high street shops and other local amenities. Etchingham mainline station is only a few minutes drive away and provides regular commuter service to London on the Cannon Street/Charing Cross line. The historic town of Battle is approximatley 6 miles distance and provides a further range of shopping and leisure facilites.
