" Description    A Victorian end of terrace house requiring modernisation with accommodation arranged over three floors comprising of sitting room, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms and bathroom. Externally the property benefits from a small front garden and rear garden principally utilised as a vegetable plot with greenhouse and shed.

Outside    Externally the property has a small area of garden to the front, side access to the rear garden which is currently utilised as a substantial partially walled vegetable garden with greenhouse, and storage shed.

Situation    Situated in Hurst Green village which offers some day to day amenities, pubs and restaurants, in particular The White Horse Restaurant is highly regarded for its food and atmosphere. Nearby Etchingham mainline station offers regular commuter services to London on the London Bridge/Charing Cross line. The nearby village of Robertsbridge stands within a designated area of outstanding natural beauty and offers a variety of local shopping as well as an extensive range of services. Amongst others, there are a good butcher, post office, pharmacy, doctors/dentist surgery as well as good restaurants and pubs. Further afield, more comprehensive shopping and recreational facilities area available in the historic towns of Battle or Tunbridge Wells. In particular, Tunbridge Wells provides a vast array of well known High Street brands together with many independent stores, it also offers a wide choice of restaurants and bars together with a theatre and multiplex cinema.

Directions    From our office in Robertsbridge proceed down the High Street and continue out of the village once approaching the roundabout turn left towards Hurst Green and follow the A21 up the hill.
