" Please quote reference 24926 when enquiring about this property This Stunning Huge Glass and Oak Barn is a new build. Downstairs there is an open plan sitting-dining-kitchen area, two further double bedrooms and a large slate and marble wet-room. The luxury kitchen has curved hardwood units and breakfast bar, granite worktops and an eye-level oven, induction hob and the limestone floor has underfloor heating. There are four bedroom, two on the mezzanine floor (one double and one huge) and a bathroom with double ended bath, shower and loo. The huge bedroom is accessed through the mezzanine. Two further bedrooms on the ground floor have their own luxury wetroom. The huge mural is by Charles Newington (the artist responsible for the carved hill horse near the channel tunnel). There is ample parking and a large outside area overlooking a small lake. It is a 5 mins drive to the local railway station and the journey to London is 1hr 15mins. The barn is set in 6.5 acres of private grounds and woodland in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty, tucked away down 1/3 mile track. No road noise can be heard and the property is surrounded by a further 250 acres of woodland and organic meadows. There is lots of wildlife: deer, foxes, badgers, rabbits and squirrels; pheasants, nightingales, owls etc. There is also a gym in the next village and Bewl Water with sailing, windsurfing and other water sports is 15mins away as is Bedgebury, the National Pinetum.
