" This immaculate high spec home is located within a small exclusive gated development and enjoys delightful views towards the church. The current owners were immediately attracted by the high specification including underfloor heating, cabling for multi media entertainment systems, 'Paula Rosa' designer fitted kitchen and integrated appliances. This house was particularly attractive to them because it was on the end of a terrace of individually designed houses, and as well as three good sized bedrooms has a surprisingly large loft space giving room to grow. In addition the private block paved courtyard provides secure parking.

We love the village of Hawkhurst and would like to stay within the area. Having the local village store/post office, butcher and local pub a short walk away is ideal if you don't have a car or just fancy a nice walk to the local shops.When it a rainy day and you're driving home it's lovely to pull up to the gates, push a button and have them open so we don't have to get out of the car and get wet and cold. It also gives the home a lovely grand feel!
