The rear garden is a fine feature enjoying a south facing aspect, extending to approximately 17.25m, neatly tended laid to lawn with paved patio area, well stocked flower beds, cultivated kitchen garden area and potting shed of brick timber and glazed construction. The whole is enclosed by wooden panel fencing and hedging.

DIRECTIONS: From our office in Cranbrook proceed down the High Street turning left by The White Horse public house into Carriers Road, continue on round bearing left into Oatfield Drive, take the second turning left into Wheatfield Way whereupon No 61 will be found shortly on the left handside.  Please note there is a pedestrian pathway which runs through the various residential roads and cul-de-sacs entering the High Street by Natwest Bank.
