" This is an exceptionally accommodating, light-filled home with spacious, easy-access parking directly outside the front door, a mature garden, elevated Yorkstone patio and garage, 350 yards from Westerham's bustling High Street.

WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THIS HOUSE I have had the good fortune to live here longer than I have lived anywhere, thirteen happy years. My late husband bought this home around 1990, so this is the first time it will be sold in nearly 30 years.

Everyone always comments on the abundant natural light flooding every room. There are 12 large windows, plus French doors leading out to an all-window utility area and garden. The kitchen overlooks the garden and feels much bigger than it is, having been thoughtfully designed by a woman who loves to cook and entertain. There is a triple filter, under-counter, water system for drinking, cooking and washing vegetables/fruits, along with a super-sized, professional stainless steel sink and spray tap, ample storage, handsome pot rack and well-placed rails, seven double electrical sockets (you will never be without a place to plug in an appliance in this kitchen), pantry and contemporary LED lighting.

The gas fireplace is adorned with foxglove and butterfly tiles, filling the lounge with soothing warmth. Convenient downstairs cloakroom, extra large spa bathtub and generous wash basin upstairs, along with elegant lighting, built-in bookcases and desk, neutral wool carpeting throughout, laminate flooring and tile, dreamy view of the North Downs, and lovely neighbours all around. A short walk from every convenience, combine to make this an exceptionally joyful home.

Because my work is primarily online from home, you will find loads of of electrical and modem/phone outlets. I also have an exceptionally talented woman builder, plumber, electrician, decorator I have had the good fortune to work with for many years. She knows every nook and and cranny of this house and would be enormously helpful should you plan on redesigning, redecorating, expanding.

Much as I adore living here, I?m selling my home to be with my family in America. My parents are at a time of life when they need me to be closer to them. Because of this there is no forward chain and the house is being sold with many extras one does not usually find with a property. Window coverings, appliances, along with any furnishings and decoration you may desire are included with the sale.

I look forward to showing you around.
