" A spacious two bedroomed detached bungalow on the outskirts of the village with the added benefit of a double garage and attached workshop. Views from the front towards Ightham. Convenient location

BOROUGH GREEN The property is situated on the edge of Borough Green village with its shops and amenities, banks, library and general convenience stores nearby. Borough Green has its own main line station with services on the Victoria/Maidstone line. Motorway links are via the M20/M25 and M26 Junction 2a, at Wrotham Heath. There is a Primary School in Borough Green and several others in the surrounding villages. Secondary schooling facilities are available at the nearby Wrotham School with further amenities and schooling options in Sevenoaks which is approximately 7 miles distant and also offers the opportunity of a main line station with services on the Charing Cross/Cannon Street line, peak hour fast service to London taking approximately 30 minutes. The bus stops almost outside the property and there is a service once an hour to Tonbridge and also to Sevenoaks, and in the opposite direction to Gravesend and Bluewater. HALL Accessed via a double glazed front door and a second inner front door. The hall provides access to all the rooms and to the loft space. There is also a good range of fitted cupboards towards the back of the hall OPEN PLAN LIVING/DINING ROOM This is an excellent and spacious part of the property. There is a double glazed bay window to the front with views towards Ightham village. There is a further double glazed window to the side of the property, a fitted electric fire and hidden electric meters. The whole room is 'open plan' towards the kitchen at the rear of the property KITCHEN A large double glazed window to the rear of the property and part glazed door also leading to the rear. The walls are partly tiled and the breakfast bar is open plan to the Living/Dining Room. There is a wall mounted heated towel rail, a bath with shower attachment, a separate shower cubicle and large cupboard for towels etc.. Further facilities include a WC and a hand basin fitted in a vanity unit below a wall mounted mirror. Tile effect flooring LOFT The loft space has been boarded and carpeted and has two small 'Velux' style windows in two of the roof elevations OUTSIDE FRONT The property stands well back from the road allowing a good sized front garden which has a range of low maintenance beds with shrubs, flowers and fruit trees. The driveway allows parking for several vehicles and leads to a large wooden gate at the side of the property OUTSIDE REAR To the back of the property the double garage and integral workshop is another of the significant feature of the property. In front of the garage/workshop the 'courtyard' is brick block paved, with a raised bed in one corner and a seating area in front of the workshop.
