" A delightful four bedroom property in the heart of Kemsing village. The property has good accommodation with an attractive hall. Off the hall is a dining room with wooden flooring and working gas fireplace which is open to the sitting room with French doors to the garden. There is also a spacious family room with wooden flooring and French doors to the garden. The kitchen/breakfast room is a lovely light room with access to the garden. The kitchen has white cabinets and a good size breakfast bar. There is a gas hob, double oven, integrated dishwasher and fridge. At the rear of the garage is a utility room/store room which houses the washing machine and freezer and leads through to the single garage. There is also a downstairs cloakroom. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, three double rooms and one single. The large ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom has a separate shower and bath and there is also a good size family bathroom with a white suite. To the rear of the property is a beautiful garden mainly laid to lawn with a large patio with brick built barbeque immediately outside the house. To the front of the house there is parking in the drive way for several cars. There is a one off administration charge of GBP 258 (including VAT) for this property, payable to the Agent.
