" Believed to date from the 1860's, this charming mid terraced cottage is styled to reflect its heritage. From the covered porch a stable door leads in to the Sitting Room, which has a Cotswold Stone floor and a wood burning stove. The Kitchen/Breakfast Room benefits from hand painted cabinetry under wood and marble work surfaces and has a red and black quarry tiled floor, which is believed to be original. There is a very useful Utility area and a refurbished Bathroom with a Victorian style roll topped, claw footed bath with shower over. To the first floor To the first floor are two bedrooms. The primary has an open fireplace, built in storage and views across neighbouring properties over the Darenth Valley, whilst the second bedroom also has wardrobe, a built in cupboard and offers access into the loft. Subject to obtaining the relevant planning permissions, it may be possible to extend the property at the rear across what is now the courtyard.
