" A wonderful 6 bedroom country house on the outskirts of Sevenoaks. The property has been renovated with great flair yet retains many original features. The entrance lobby leads into an impressive open plan sitting room with a wood burning stove which, in turn, leads into the dining area and games room. A downstairs guest bedroom with an attractive ensuite bathroom is located through the dining area and another door leads into the bespoke kitchen which is open to the large conservatory/breakfast room. This fabulous room overlooks the garden and surrounding paddocks. The kitchen has wooden units and granite work surfaces, ESSE range cooker, integrated dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. There is a separate utility room and downstairs cloakroom. The first floor can be accessed by two staircases; a spiral staircase from the breakfast room and a traditional wooden staircase from the reception room. Upstairs there are five bedrooms, the master bedroom has fitted cupboards and beautiful ensuite bathroom. There is also a modern family bathroom with separate shower and bath.
