" A 3 bedroom semi-detached house in a quite road yet within a few minutes' walk of Sevenoaks mainline station with fast trains to London Bridge, Waterloo and Charing Cross. The property has an entrance porch, a good size sitting room with a modern fireplace housing a gas fire. This leads through to spacious kitchen/breakfast room with cream cabinets, built-in dresser and wood effect work surfaces. The appliances include a double oven, gas hob, integrated dishwasher and fridge freezer.: There is plenty of room for a dining table and has access to the rear garden. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one large double with built in cupboards and one single. There is also a modern bathroom with white suite with separate bath and shower cubicle. On the second floor there is very large master bedroom with eaves storage. The property is neutrally decorated throughout and has gas central heating. To the rear of the property there is a pretty garden with a decked sitting area and steps down to the lawn. At the bottom of the garden there is a shed and summer house.
