A very pretty end of terrace cottage with lots of character and exposed beams and a stunning master bedroom with beams and a fireplace!  The cottage has gas central heating as well as an Inglenook fireplace and three bedrooms. Situated on a corner plot with gardens to three sides the cottage has a stone patio area and a Well with its own pump. A real benefit is the off road parking to the rear for at least two cars and an attached garage, so seldom seen with older cottages. The dining room has a stunning vaulted and beamed ceiling and is a must to view! Early viewing of this delightful property is highly recommended!

LOCATION

The property is set on the fringe of the popular Wealden village of Staplehurst with its range of local shops and amenities. There is a bus stop close to the property and the mainline station is a short drive away providing excellent commuter services to both London (Charing Cross 55 minutes) and the Coast. The rear garden is a good size as it folds around the cottage on three sides. To the rear is an area of slate shingle and patio with a path leading to a gate to the rear giving access to the driveway which has off road parking for at least two cars this leads to the GARAGE. The garage has a single up and over door to the front and has power and light. The cottage has vehicular right of way to the side leading to the driveway and garage.

The garden is lovely with a stone paved seating area which is also accessed from the dining room double doors and ideal for ‘Al fresco’ dining! The remainder of the garden is laid mainly to lawn with fruit trees including Apple and Plum and established shrubs. One of the features of this pretty garden is the original Well which is in full working order via an electric pump. Outside lighting.
