" This property has been much improved and modernised by the current owner during the time he has owned it.
This includes a double story extension to the rear and side (all done to meet current building regulations). The new kitchen, utility, bathroom, en-suite and cloakroom have all been done to a high standard, as is the decoration and flooring throughout the rest of the house.
The ground floor now includes a separate lounge to the front of the house. A study, gym, utility room and downstairs cloakroom are in the middle of the house. At the back of the house, overlooking the rear garden, is the kitchen, dining room and family room. These three rooms are open with each other (great for entertaining, summer barbecues; or even just keeping an eye on the kids while you do the cooking).
Upstairs there are four double bedrooms. It could quite easily be a five bedroom, but the used space was to make the master bedroom much larger. There is a family bathroom and as en-suite bathroom to the guest bedroom. The whole house has double glazed windows.
Hilden Park road is a desirable location in Hildenborough. There are 5 Schools with 1 mile of the home (as the crow flies). You have the choice between Tonbridge mainline station and Hildenborough station and the A21 in just over 3 miles up the London Road.

I bought the house in 2006 as an average 3 bedroom semi. I liked it because of its quiet location but still with great transport links. Since then I've doubled the size of it and in doing so, created something quite rare - 4 double bedrooms and 3 reception rooms in a 1930's semi!!It now represents a fantastic space for any growing family and after four years of hard work, I feel the house has reached its maximum potential.
