" Description    A detached bay fronted bungalow offering scope for enlargement and extension subject to the necessary permissions with the benefit of gas fired central heating and double glazed windows. An internal inspection recommended.   The front door opens onto the entrance hall where all rooms can be accessed. The sitting room has a bay window with an aspect over the front garden. The kitchen has a sink unit and gas hob inset in an "L" shaped work top with cupboards and Potterton boiler under. There is a double oven in matching storage housing wall mounted units and built in broom cupboard. Door to sideway.   There are two bedrooms, one being currently used as a dining room and a shower room with Dolphin shower unit and cubicle, pedestal wash hand basin, low level WC and ceramic tiled walls.

Outside    To the front of the property is an enclosed garden laid to lawn with flower borders, pathway to the front door and driveway leading to the single garage at the side of the bungalow. The rear garden has a paved patio joining the rear of the bungalow with the rest of the garden being laid to lawn with mature flower borders and beds. Timber garden store.

Situation    The bungalow is situated in the sought after area of North Tonbridge. There are local shops in Martin Hardie Way as well as local bus services. Tonbridge High Street is within one and half miles providing comprehensive shopping facilities, recreational amenities and mainline station with a service of trains to London (Charing Cross and Canon Street). Tonbridge offers schools for all ages, both state and private. The A21 lies to the South of the town, providing access to London and linking to the M25 Orbital Motorway.

Directions    From out offices in Tonbridge High Street proceed North turning right at the traffic lights into The Bordyke which becomes the Hadlow Road (A26). At the traffic lights, proceed straight over along the Hadlow Road taking the fifth turning on the left hand side into Orchard Drive. Proceed along Orchard Drive, the road bears to the right and then joins Colin Blythe Road. The bungalow is on the left hand side identified by our For Sale board.
