" If you are wanting that next run on the ladder to have a good family house, then this should feature high on your list to view. Step inside this 3 bedroom semi and breathe a sigh of relief that all the major jobs have been done. The kitchen, bathroom and central heating boiler have all been replaced in the last few years, giving you the peace of mind to know that you can just move in and not have anything to do.
Having an entrance porch in the hallway for all the coats and shoes is great and the living room is large enough to house most suites for relaxing in front of the TV. Beautiful double wood doors can open the living room onto the dining room, creating more space if needed, or you can keep them close and have two separate rooms. The dining room opens onto the bright southerly aspect garden that can easily accommodate a trampoline or just a lounger to enjoy a good book in the sunshine.
The area is also popular mainly due to being a quiet cul-de-sac. But it also benefits from being close to fields and parks to walk the dog, or just enjoy some countryside fresh air, yet up the road are shops and bus routes bringing you back into Tonbridge.

We have lived here for nearly a decade now and the first thing that attracted us here, was how quiet and safe the neighbourhood is. We regularly enjoy the local walks and parks that are nearby, but love the fact that local shops are just up the road. We really do feel we have the best of both worlds here. We have taken quite a lot of time and expense over the last few years to get our home to where we wanted it. Some of these things include a new boiler, the fencing in the garden and updated the electric fuse board, as well as other things.
We will really miss the house and the neighbourhood, but hope the new owners will enjoy it as much as we have.
