" Every now and again something special comes to the market that really needs to be viewed to be appreciated.
This 4 bedroom semi-detached house would make a lovely home for any large or growing family. The attention to detail and planning is evident from the moment you enter the hallway.
The living room has a space saving floor to ceiling radiator that is both functional and stylish and the inset fireplace also has different light settings to match your mood.
Next into the 18ft dining room. It has a Spanish feel in design and will be excellent for having friends and family round for evening meals. It opens onto the garden so if having a summer barbecue will make the garden feel like part of the home. The garden faces a southerly direction so it gets plenty of sunshine, but wait for the sun to go down and carry on the barbecue with the help of the mood lighting that the owners have installed.
Continued upstairs are spotlights a plenty and with 3 bedrooms on the first floor which consist of two doubles and a good size single.
The top floor conversion has been done very well to offer a double room, own shower room and beautiful countryside views from the bedroom window. Pine Ridge is a quiet road being a horseshoe, so it is a safe quiet family environment.
To be found nearby are a wealth of notary schools including Cage Green primary. Also nearby are the York Parade shops and regular bus routes taking you back into Tonbridge.

What the Owner says:

We have put our heart and soul into this house and have tried to carefully plan and think through everything we have done.
The lighting in all the rooms was important and we have especially enjoyed many evenings in the garden waiting for the sun to go down, so we can enjoy our garden lights.
The loft conversion we did in 2004 for my father to stay with us, and he enjoyed the best room in the house, having his own shower room and beautiful views from the window.
We really hope the new owners appreciate that everything is done, leaving what we feel, no work to do and they enjoy the home as much we have.
