" A beautiful and spacious apartment on the first floor of a late Victorian Mansion just yards from the High Street on the south side of the town. It offers a pretty outlook over Chapel Place and Bedford Terrace, one of the most favoured and picturesque areas of the town, and retains many of the original features of the period including high ceilings, cornicing, marble fireplaces and tall sash windows. The accommodation provides an entrance hall which is open to a wonderful bright reception room, fitted kitchen/breakfast room, good-size bathroom and large bedroom, plus the benefit of useful storage space.

Tunbridge Wells has maintained much charm and elegance and is surrounded by beautiful countryside. The High Street offers a variety of specialist independent retailers and cafes with more to be found in The Pantiles, also home to antique shops, restaurants and bars, during the summer months a series of open air band and evening jazz concerts take place.
