" Waratah is a very smartly presented four bedroom detached family home, occupying an enviable spot, nestling in leafy and mature woodland known and Ashley Heath. Close to Loggerheads, the property enjoys easy access to the road network but has a wonderful feeling of seclusion.

Approached by a private road off Pinewoods Road, the property sits behind a large laurel hedge with ample parking in a gravelled courtyard and a double garage to the side.

An entrance hall is central to the property with the dining room off to the left, the large sitting room to the right and kitchen to the rear.

The dining room overlooks the front garden and has an attractive fireplace with electric flame effect log burning stove which provides a lovely focal point to the room. To the right of the hallway is the large sitting room which is a bright an open space with sliding patio doors to the front and to the rear. An open fire is housed in an attractive surround and wood effect laminate flooring runs the length of the room.

The kitchen and breakfast/ utility room are at the rear, overlooking the attractive garden and patio area. The kitchen is fitted with wall and base units with a built in cooker and hobs with extraction over.

Ashley Heath is a desirable area which is a short walk away from the centre of Loggerheads with the amenities which include a library, small supermarket, local butchers, dispensary, vets, primary school and post office. The motorway network is a short distance away at either junction 14 to the south or 15 to the north with the mainline railway station in the country town of Stafford offering regular intercity services to London.
