Situation
Dawley is an established locality with a varying mix of property styles and is situated in central Telford. Dawley has its own district centre which has been redeveloped (Aug 2010) and is a little less than two miles to the southwest of the Telford town centre with its wide range of amenities, including the towns central railway station and connection to the M54 motorway.

How to get there - from the Castlefieds roundabout proceed into Castlefields Way (B4373); continue to the Finger Road roundabout and proceed straight ahead; at the Heath Hill roundabout take the 3rd exit into Dawley Green Way (B4373) and at the next roundabout take the third exit into Church Road then right into Ardern Avenue where No.51 is situated in the corner indicated by a Nick Tart for sale board.
