      Shifnal is a small market town which benefits from a railway station that provides direct links to the West Midlands & London (a 3 minute walk from the property), also has easy access onto the M54 motorway, M6 & M1 respectively. The town also has a good shopping centre with 2 primary schools, a secondary school, numerous restaurants and pubs, regular farmers market, annual arts festival and carnival and other amenities. Telford town centre is approximately 5 miles distant with major departmental stores, a cinema, ice rink, DIY stores, major supermarkets, railway station and M54 motorway link. Wolverhampton is approximately 17 miles distant and Shrewsbury approximately 20 miles distant.
