      25 Beech Drive is an enviably situated four bedroom family home.

      Shifnal is a small market town which benefits from a railway station that provides direct links to the West Midlands & London (a 3 minute walk from the property), also has easy access onto the M54 motorway, M6 & M1 respectively. The town also has a good shopping centre with 2 primary schools, a secondary school, numerous restaurants and pubs, regular farmers market, annual arts festival and carnival and other amenities.

      Telford town centre is approximately 5 miles distant with major departmental stores, a cinema, ice rink, DIY stores, major supermarkets, railway station and M54 motorway link. Wolverhampton is approximately 17 miles distant and Shrewsbury approximately 20 miles distant.

      The local gym is only a few hundred yards away and also offers a swimming pool, sauna and outdoor tennis facilities.

      The front porch, conservatory, downstairs toilet and all first floor windows are UPVc double glazed of which four first floor windows were new in 2016. The remainder of the ground floor is secondary glazed by preference.


      The accommodation briefly comprises of an entrance hallway with L-shape living/dining area to the right which leads into the kitchen wit larder cupboard underneath the stairs. There is also a W/C and the original garage has been converted and extended towards the front to make a study/office which would also suit as a separate dining room. The garage extension is capable of taking a small car and has a side door adjacent main front door to the house.       From Telford Town centre onto St Quentin's Gate, continue over roundabout onto Queen Elizabeth Av. Continue over A442 roundabout to Naird roundabout onto A464. At junction 4 of M54 take right hand feeder lane onto Priorslee Rd. On entering Shifnal you will pass the cricket club on right, at roundabout take the first turning left into Haughton Lane turning into Beech Drive after around 500 yards.
