Located in a quiet cul-de-sac the property comprises; entrance hall, lounge/dining room, kitchen, utility, bathroom and 3 bedrooms. Attached garage with driveway parking with gardens to the front and rear. Close to The Wrekin and in one of the most respected areas in Telford.

Wellington is home to a number of attractive buildings including the fifteenth century Old Hall and the eighteenth century All Saints Church by George Stuart who was also the architect of Attingham Park. It sits comfortably in the shade of The Wrekin which dominates the landscape and is located within close proximity of the Natural heritage site of the Ercall with woodlands walks and wildlife. Also Wellington boasts modern facilities including the new Bucks Head Stadium which is home to AFC Telford United.

The M54 motorway is approximately 1 miles away. There is a bus and train station making the area an ideal base for travelling from.
