The Manor House at Fenwick occupies an imposing site set back from the main road enjoying an elevated position with views out towards the coast and Holy Island. The village sits on St Cuthbert’s Way and is very popular with walkers and cyclists in this sparsely populated yet very attractive part of Northumberland. Currently operating as a Bed & Breakfast, this is a large family house with accommodation over three storeys.

A double glazed entrance porch opens to the hall with stairs to first floor, understairs storage and access to the sitting room and lounge. There is a fitted galley kitchen and utility room with access out to the garden.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with en suite shower rooms and smaller double with wash handbasin. On the second floor the master bedroom with en suite shower room has access out to the balcony. There are two further double rooms, another en suite and family bathroom. LPG central heating is included

To the front of the property the garden has been paved and terraced with decked area, barbeque and pond, with on street parking adjacent to the house. To the rear there is access to fuel storage, plus stone outhouses with electricity and further area of common land.

The main A1 road is approximately ½ mile away with easy access north and south including the causeway to Holy Island, one of the nation’s major attractions.
