This property is well-placed in a quiet Cul-de-sac with countryside walks and the nearby Harbour of Burnmouth only a 10 minute walk away. A local Pub/ Restaurant is a 2 minutes walk.

The Detached Garage/Workshop is ideal for either a small business which needs storage or workshop facilities or simply more room for the car.

The Gardens are mainly grass allowing scope for someone with the time and inclination or left as they are for easy maintenance.
