Situated in a village location within easy reach of local amenities just two and a half miles drive from the M5 junction 22 at Edithmead giving excellent access to Bristol, Taunton, Exeter and the M4 corridor.

The mainline railway link at Highbridge is just over two miles and the town of Burnham-on-Sea three and a half miles drive.

This spacious detached bungalow provides good size accommodation with two very good sized double bedrooms and a further room which could be utilised as a dining room or a third bedroom. The lounge and kitchen are also generously proportioned and oil fired central heating is installed together with upvc double glazed windows.

From Burnham-on-Sea proceed out to the M5 roundabout and take a right turn towards Highbridge. Proceed along the A38 for a few hundred yards signposted East Huntspill and Mark. At the sharp right hand bend continue straight on signposted BasonBridge and East Huntspill. Proceed into the village and take a right turn into New Road. The bungalow will be seen almost immediately on your left hand side.
