Situated in a block of flats on a small residential development close to the mainline railway station at Highbridge. The property is also within two and a half miles of the M5 junction 22 at Edithmead which together with the rail link gives excellent access for the commuter to Bristol, Taunton and Exeter.

From the M5 junction 22 roundabout proceed in a southerly direction along the A38 signposted Highbridge continuing across the next roundabout over the railway bridge and into the town of Highbridge. Cross the roundabout beside Asda supermarket and continue along Church Street taking a left turn into Market Street at the next junction. Proceed along Market Street and prior to passing over the railway bridge turn right into Station Walk. Bear to the left and the block of flats will be found at the end of the cul-de-sac on the right hand side.
