We have termed the bungalow as a three bedroom design but, of course, the rooms can be used as the purchasers choose.

Built of brick and block cavity walls with colourwashed rendered external elevations having a tiled, felted and insulated roof. The front porch with brick lower regions and a felt roof is an addition as is the sun room which has a sloping tiled roof.
