Modern four bedroom semi detached house set in a residential area on the north side of Burnham-on-sea.

The property is built of brick and block cavity walls having a tiled, felted and insulated roof. External walls are in facing brickwork with upper elevations of colourwashed render.

The upvc double glazed windows were fitted in 2008 by a local contractor and have a FENSA certificate. The fascias were also replaced in 2011.

Take the second turning left into Balmoral Drive and right into Caernarvon Way. Pembroke Close is the first turning left and the house is at the bottom of the cul-de-sac on the right hand side.
