" A well proportioned detached bungalow in a semi rural location in countryside on the edge of Burtle. The property offers attractively presented accommodation, an attractive garden and rural views.

The accommodation comprises: lounge, dining room, kitchen, four bedrooms, bathroom, double glazing, electric heating, large garage with adjoining store. Attractive good sized garden.

LOCATION:

Burtle is a small rural village yet is ideal for commuting being only eight miles from junction 22 of the M5. Burtle is set amidst scenic 'Somerset Levels' countryside and provides a pub, church village hall and riding stables. The village of Catcott provides a primary school and the busy town of Street (9 miles) offers Crispin Secondary School, Strode College and an excellent choice of shops. The centres of Taunton, Exeter and Bristol are 24, 54 and 33 miles distant respectively.

DIRECTIONS:

From Glastonbury/Street take the A39 towards Bridgwater. Pass through the villages of Walton and Ashcott and take the turning on the right signposted to Edington. Proceed down the hill and on reaching the crossroads proceed straight ahead. Follow the road for approximately two miles before reaching the village of Burtle. Upon reaching the 'T' junction, Church on the left, turn right and proceed for a further half mile. Upon reaching the Burtle Inn, turn right into Catcott Road where the property will soon be identified on the right-hand side.
