14 Grays Avenue has been much improved over recent years and as such, is now a very well thought out and well presented property with three bedrooms and bathroom to the first floor.On the ground floor there are two reception rooms with plenty of natural sunlight entering the rooms. There is open plan access between the rooms with double glazed patio doors to the rear aspect and uPVC double glazing to the front.The porch, hallway, kitchen and breakfast room/utility rooms all have tiled floors that are easy to keep. The spacious garage which can still take a vehicle was reduced in length slightly to increase the size of the breakfast room/utility to the rear of the property.Outside there is a driveway and an area of shingle to the front which can accomodate extra vehicles for additional off road parking. There is side access around both sides of the proeprty into the rear garden area. The rear garden is laid to both patio and lawn areas and with plants and shrubs to borders.There has been cavity wall insulation done to the property and a new heating system introduced approximately 5 years ago.
