" Believed to be dating back to the 1850-s, this charming hamstone cottage boasts a wealth of character whilst overlooking desirable countryside views.

Entry to the property is served via a stable-style door which opens up into an open plan living area, that flaunts authentic flagstone flooring, which continues through to the kitchen. Whilst currently not operational, there is space for a wood-burner or open fire, which could potentially be reinstated provided the required checks are undertaken. A wide archway divides the living accommodation from the generous kitchen that is equipped with: integrated fridge, integrated freezer and integrated electric oven coupled with five gas rings; a range of useful white fitted wall and base cupboards; space and plumbing for a washing machine and dishwasher; stainless steel sink and draining board. There is also space for a dining room table. A door leads to a convenient lean-to that includes light and power - it is currently utilised as a home office, overlooking the garden.

Upstairs, a master bedroom is positioned to the rear of the property and overlooks the garden. The master bedroom comprises an airing cupboard, a UPVC window and sufficient space for a freestanding wardrobe, or opportunity to create built in storage. The second bedroom has a single glazed window, coupled with secondary glazing. The spacious bathroom is comprised of a white suite, generous corner bathtub, heated towel rail and white tiling throughout. The property benefits from gas central heating which is served via a Worcester boiler, located in the loft. The loft is accessed via a fold down ladder and is almost fully boarded.

Outside, the remarkably long garden faces south, ensuring maximum exposure to the sun throughout the day. Divided into tiered sections, the garden is well stocked by various shrubs, a mature plum tree, rewarding vegetable beds and a useful outbuilding used for storage. Toward the end of the garden is a delightful, four-year-old summer house sits on a concrete standing.

It is worth noting that the cottage resides in a conservation area.
