THE PROPERTY Barncroft is a splendid detached bungalow which enjoys a generous, level plot in the heart of West Chinnock; one of South Somerset's most charming and popular villages. Spacious accommodation can be found throughout, including three double bedrooms, a kitchen/dining room and a conservatory which was added around 5 years ago. A short journey away is the market town of Crewkerne, where there is a variety of national and independent retailers and businesses, including a Waitrose Superstore. The larger towns of Yeovil, Taunton and Sherborne are also easily accessible. The area is favoured for it's ease of access to the Jurassic Coast with both West Bay and Lyme Regis within a 20 mile driving distance.
 
Transport links in the area are good with the A303 just 2.5 miles distant, whilst the M5 can be joined at Taunton. The mainline train stations in Crewkerne and Yeovil offer regular rail services to London (Waterloo) and Exeter.
 
Education is well catered for with a variety of state and independent establishments nearby, particularly the village primary school which is within easy walking distance from the property, while transport is provided to the local secondary school.
