" A Hamstone built modern cottage style residence situated on the edge of this residential country town adjoining farmland with open country views and within reach of the wide range of local amenities.

Particular features include a spacious hallway with two useful storage cupboards and stairs which rise to the first floor, doors lead off to all principle rooms and a cloakroom. There are two main reception rooms; the sitting room has a feature fireplace and sliding doors which open on to the garden. The kitchen has a country feel with door to garden, solid wooden wall and base cupboards with work surfaces over, inset 1 ยฝ sink unit with drainer and a mixer tap over, a low level electric oven with a four ring gas hob and extractor hood over. Space for white goods beneath counter and a wall mounted GAS fired boiler. Beyond the kitchen there is a really useful utility room again with work surfaces, sink and drainer, wall and base cupboards and a door which leads to the drive.
On the first floor a light landing area leads to all of the bedrooms, fully tiled bathroom as well as giving access in to the airing cupboard and access to loft space. There are four bedrooms, three of the four bedrooms have built in wardrobes and the master bedroom has a fully tiled en suite with power shower.

The property has a good range of modern fittings throughout as well as recently fitted double glazed windows and doors, the house has been well decorated and carpeted throughout.

Outside of the house there is parking in the form of a long driveway adjacent to the house, accessed via a five bar gate, in front of the detached garage - with an up and over door, courtesy door to the garden and window to side. The rear garden is both established and exceptional; it has been beautifully landscaped by the present owners over the years and now represents something spectacular. There is a paved sun terrace which adjoins the house and runs the width; a lovely place to sit and enjoy the surrounds. Beyond a paved and block path meanders through the garden, flanked by areas of lawns. Many attractive flower, plant and shrub borders surround the garden giving it plenty of interest and colour. The garden abuts stunning open countryside and the views from the rear of the house and garden have to be viewed to appreciate this outlook.
