      Dating back to the mid 1800s, Bryntirion offers a good amount of family accommodation and has planning permission to extend further into the loft area if required. It also has a particularly large rear garden.

      The property is set in the popular village of Leintwardine, which has retained many facilities including a well stocked store, petrol station and garage, doctors surgery, primary school, Parish Church and two reputable village inns. A feature of the village is the river and beautiful surrounding countryside. There is a thriving community within Leintwardine and only a short drive away is the ever popular historic medieval market town of Ludlow.

      This particular property is set in the centre of the village. It has been double glazed throughout and there are many appealing features. The entrance hall has the original quarry tiled floor. The spacious sitting room has a focal point of a stone fireplace and a large window looks out into Watling Street. The master bedroom has two windows to the front with views out to the hills and surrounding countryside. It also has two double wardrobes. There is another double bedroom with window to the front enjoying the views and a third bedroom with a window overlooking the garden. From the rear bedroom a door leads into a spacious store cupboard, which could possibly provide a facility for an en-suite shower.

      Outside there is a large rear level garden. From a hard standing area steps lead up to the large lawn, which is bordered by mature conifer hedging on one side and fencing on the other side and at the rear. Within the garden there is also a flower bed with a variety of mature shrubs and bushes and a wildlife pond. A timber garden shed is also included.
