Situation
Cressage is an attractive and favoured village in the heart of the Shropshire countryside situated just six miles east of the historic township of Ironbridge (a World Heritage Site), some three miles from Much Wenlock and some seven miles south east of Shrewsbury. How to get there - from Ironbridge take the A4169 road to Buildwas (and Much Wenlock); at Buildwas turn right and then left onto the B4380 to Shrewsbury; proceed through Leighton and after about one mile turn left at the crossroads towards Cressage; at the roundabout turn left onto Harley Road and left again into Severn Way then left into Hillside Road and left again into The Moors where No.47 is on the left hand side indicated by a Nick Tart for sale board.
