28 Swallows Meadow comprises a detached two bedroom bungalow situated at the end of a cul-de-sac with pleasant far reaching views over the surrounding countryside. The property has the benefit of an attached single garage, double glazing (28mm Class A sealed unit glass was added in 2009 and carries a FENSA 10 year guarantee) and oil fired central heating throughout.
The property also has an intruder alarm installed on all external windows and doors and room interiors, and mains powered smoke detectors.

SITUATION The village of Castle Caereinion lies 5.2 miles from the market town of Welshpool and 5 miles from Llanfair Caereinion. Both towns have successful High Schools.
