" So, how good are your DIY skills? Here is a good opportunity to test yourself and hopefully make a bit of money too! Yes, this mature semi detached house does require a bit of TLC to bring it into the twenty-first century, although some of the jobs you may well be able to tackle yourself.Undoubtedly, the house is stuck in a time warp, although one good thing, you won't need to replace the windows as they are mostly uPVC units, so that at least is one job done! On the plus side, this is a highly regarded location and the house is within a short distance of the highly acclaimed Bishop Heber High School. The house occupies a good sized plot with off-road parking and even a rickety single garage, plus additional outbuildings. There is so much you could do to this place that at least you can stamp your own mark on it, without inheriting someone else's choice of refitted kitchen/bathroom/horrible decoration. Malpas village is fast expanding due to its ever growing popularity, but at least living here, you are unlikely to be affected (visually) too much by new development in the area.
