understanding that there may be regular vehicle movement at any time and

2. PARKING. It is an express requirement that vehicles are not parked outside
the boundary of the property since this will cause an obstruction to vehicles
accessing and egressing JEF Scaffolding Ltd. to the side and rear. PETS The letting Agreement will prohibit the keeping of pets without prior consent of the Landlord REFERENCES AND DEPOSIT Applicants are to meet the cost of applying for confirmation of financial status and three personal references will also be required.
The applicant will be required to sign an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement.
A deposit for dilapidations and breakages in the sum of one months rent should be paid to the Agents at the commencement of the tenancy. This deposit will be returnable at the termination of the tenancy providing the property has been satisfactorily maintained.
