" You'd be stark raving mad (if you were looking for a property of this type and within this price range) if you didn't take a look at this little beauty! House proud vendors have ensured that all you will really need to do when you move here is to plonk down your furniture, plug in the TV and relax...You see, all the hard work has been done from when it was refurbished and modernised in 2013, including a refitted kitchen and bathroom. Then there is the impressive 25' through lounge/dining room, complete with rustic fireplace in the lounge, incorporating a log burning stove, ideal for snuggling up to during those long winter months. Mind you, when we get a bit of decent weather, you will more than likely appreciate the very pleasant landscaped rear garden with its raised timber deck, ideal for barbecues or sitting and sipping the odd glass of something. Upstairs, the spacious L-shaped landing is also very pleasing and both bedrooms are 'doubles'. Thankfully, the bathroom is also upstairs; it is a good size and has a white suite. The joy of living here of course is the close proximity into town - about half a mile, so no need to take the car if you fancy a drink or two! The lovely photographs paint a wonderful picture and if you fancy seeing it for yourselves, just call us for an appointment to view on 01948 665566.
