" There are 'swings and roundabouts' with most properties and in this case, never has a description been more poignant. You see, this particular house backs onto the local park, so there are swings, roundabouts and all manner of such things, literally on your door step, meaning that you won't need to clutter your good sized back garden with childrens' play equipment. In deed, you could even say that buying this property will be 'a walk in the park', but that might be too cheesy, even for me! Anyway, the joy of living here is the sense of open space, in the fact that both sides of Queensway are separated from the road by deep grass verges and this, coupled with the lawned park and wildlife pond beyond, ensures that the feeling of privacy prevails. It is likely to appeal to families, first time buyers and property investors, such is the versatility of the accommodation and all for a very realistic price. An inspection is recommended and the spacious entrance hall creates a good first impression. There is the benefit of a downstairs WC and the comfortable lounge has a feature exposed brick fireplace. To the rear of the house there is a full width dining kitchen, the kitchen area itself having been refitted. Upstairs, the bathroom too has been refitted and there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which may safely be described as 'doubles' and even the third L-shaped bedroom is not a bad size. Outside, there is off-road parking in the driveway to the front of the house, an easily managed front garden and a good sized rear garden that is enclosed for the safety of children and pets. Not only is this property conveniently located for Queensway park, it is also well placed for access into Whitchurch itself.
