We have this lovely 2 bedroom flat within 4 minutes walk of Clapham North tube station. The apartment has been recently fully renovated in neutral colours and is in "as new" condition.

There is one large double bedroom and one smaller double room.

Each bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage and chest of drawers. We've also ensured there are plenty of accessible double sockets in each room.

During the refurbishment we restored and enhanced period features such as fitting solid oak flooring and oak panelled doors throughout and restored plaster cornicing.

There is a large reception room with a large bay window, sofa and armchair and dining table and chairs.

We recently fitted a white high-gloss Italian fitted kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and Caesar Stone bench tops.

The bathroom has been completely refitted in a contemporary style: porcelain-tiled with thermostatic shower, quality Duravit vanity unit and chrome fittings.

The apartment is 4 minutes walk from Clapham North tube (Northern Line) and buses run directly into Central London and the City 24 hours a day from the end of the street making transport convenient and easy.

All the bars, restaurants and bustling life of Clapham High Street is on the doorstep making the flat ideally located.
