As you enter the property through its own front door, there is a small lobby area before heading straight up the stairs. In front of you is the kitchen and eating area which leads on to the sitting room area. From here there are french doors leading out onto the sunny, decked terrace. 

Returning to the hallway, up three steps is the large bathroom on your left. It has a separate bath and shower and also houses both a dryer and washing machine behind cupboard doors. There is good storage space above the heated towel rail and also in the cupboard above the dryer.

Back out into the wide, sunny hallway there is a coat cupboard and another separate cupboard beneath the staircase on your right. To the left is the first bedroom, with a built in wardrobe, two large sash windows, and a fire place.

Up the stairs is the second bedroom, with a velux window, again with a built in wardrobe. Under the eaves to the right is another good storage space.

It sits on a quiet road just off Queenstown Road so is ideally situated for trains from Queenstown Road station (trains to Waterloo and Clapham Junction), or buses from Queenstown Road (137 (Sloane Square and Oxford Street), 452 (Sloane Square and Kensington), 156 (Vauxhall). Just a little further away is Battersea Park Station (trains to Victoria and London Bridge). It is just a short walk to Clapham Common, Clapham Junction and Battersea Park.

The flat has been well maintained and recently had its kitchen updated.
