This spacious, bright and sunny, two double bedroom, two bathroom, apartment has three south facing balconies, one of which is large enough to benefit from garden dining furniture, a surrounding privacy wall and views of the Thames. It's indoor/outdoor spaces create a versatile home that caters to al fresco living in the summer months; and yet it's efficient electric heating system and sound proofed double glazing, create a very cozy and warm apartment in the winter months. It is located on the top floor of this quiet 3 story modern quadrant with gardens, and is a two minute walk from the River Thames and a riverside park. This top floor flat is within walking distance from British Rail and the London underground. It also is within a two minute walk from a convenience store, pub and nearby restaurants.
The apartment was totally refurbished and re-decorated in 2014. It's fitted carpets, curtains and all contemporary furniture were also renewed in 2014.
It comes with a secure underground dedicated parking space and visitors space permit.
