Fitzgerald House is a modern, light, spacious, open-plan, two bedroom home in a freindly development with a secure parking space. Surrounded by green space, it is private, peaceful and quiet, while being 12 minutes walk from Earlfield Station (Clapham Junction, Vauxhall and Waterloo) and the coffee shops and restaurants that surround it, and 15 minutes walk from Tooting Broadway Northern Line Tube, and the bars, thriving restaurant scene and exciting markets of Tooting. Wandsworth Common is also a short distance away, and Wimbledon Village and town centre are short bus journeys or one stop on the train away. The flat is in the catchment area for Good and Outstanding primary and secondary schools.

The flat is on the first floor of a five floor development. It has two large double bedrooms, one with a balcony and ensuite with shower. It has a large, open plan living/dining room and kitchen, which opens out onto a second bacony (south-facing). The kitchen includes a built-in dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas hob and fan oven. All windows and balconys look out over the shared gardens, and neighbouring, protected green spaces.
