Owned by the same family since 1952, this property has been a much loved family home for over 60 years and now it's time for a new family to take over. The current layout comprises three reception rooms, a small kitchen, three double bedrooms and a shower room . Subject to the necessary consents, there is scope for a loft extension which could provide one or two further bedrooms, as well as a ground floor extension to provide a spacious open plan kitchen living room.
