" Apart from its fantastic location affording views across Tooting Bec Common, this lovely garden maisonette has numerous reasons why it should be top of everyone's viewing list. At just under 900 sq ft, it is more spacious than most ground floor maisonettes, something that is evident from the moment you step through the front door. The living room is a lovely, high ceilinged room with beautiful proportions and large sash windows overlooking the Common, it is a room to really enjoy being in.
