" Representing good value for money, two bedroomed terraced house, fantastic views to rear. A little TLC required.

DETAILS Yes, it is true to say that this property perhaps does now require a little TLC but it does enjoy Upvc double glazing, gas fired central heating and a rear garden with a fantastic view over the surrounding countryside across the Cheshire Plain and towards the Welsh borders. It has a front lounge, rear dining room with fitted gas fire and back boiler providing the central heating, rear hallway with side porch off, kitchen which gives access via a lobby into the bathroom. The first floor enjoys two bedrooms. Bignall End is a very popular village, located on the outskirts of Newcastle which can be reached via the local bus service and just down the road there is the village of Audley which offers additional facilities. We do feel that the property has been sensibly priced, which will be appreciated upon inspection.

Proceed down the incline, enter the village of Bignall End and Hope Street is the second turning on the right. Number 37 is on the left.
