Prior to moving into the property, one month's rent is payable in advance together with the deposit. If there is a pet, then an additional amount may be payable to the deposit and you will be advised of this prior to your application being processed.

As the end of a tenancy approaches, we will offer the option of renewing the tenancy for a further fixed term. If this is taken up, then an administration fee in the sum of £30 will be payable. "
