" A most pleasant mature semi detached house occupying a good position in a popular location ideally situated for the centres of Newcastle, Hanley and Stoke and the railway station. Recent improvements to this very pleasant family home include were undertaken including the installation of Upvc double glazing and new front and back doors. Neat lawned gardens extend to the front and rear, the front provides off road parking and the rear does have a detached garage that could be re-opened for a vehicle if required. The house has a traditional layout of accommodation with some slim line electric night storage heating on the ground floor. There is an entrance hall with understairs store, the lounge section is located to the front and a square archway gives access to the dining room. The kitchen completes the ground floor. The first floor enjoys three bedrooms and a tiled bathroom with a three piece white suite.
