" PLEASANT THREE BEDROOMED SEMI DETACHED FAMILY HOME, SENSBILY PRICED, EXCELLENT REAR GARDEN, OFF ROAD PARKING.

DETAILS It is not very often that one has a reasonable sized garden for a modern three bedroomed semi detached family home, but we do feel that this particular property is an exception. The house which is well planned, enjoys Upvc double glazing and gas fired central heating, off road parking is provided and there is a lawned garden to the front. The accommodation has an entrance hall, front lounge, there is a breakfast kitchen and a cloakroom with two piece suite completes the ground floor. The first floor provides three bedrooms and a bathroom. The house is situated in a pleasant cul de sac, in the popular area of Heron Cross which enjoys some good facilities whilst being very handily placed for the centres of Longton and Stoke. DIRECTIONS From Newcastle take the A34 south towards Trentham. When reaching the Hanford island, turn left to enter the A500. Follow the signs for A50 Derby and continue on the A50. Branch to the left, signposted Longton and Heron Cross and at the roundabout turn left onto Blurton Road. Proceed to the traffic lights and turn left onto Grove Road. Proceed for approximately a quarter of a mile and turn right into Grove Avenue and take the first right into Willow Tree Grove, Beech Tree Grove is on your left hand side. Number 5 is on your left.
